how can the managers and employees make use of information as a strategic/competitive advantage over their competitors?
-they can make an information/competitive advantage over their competitors through the MIS users that are more knowledgeable, connectivity and also to the implementation of emerging MIS. And they can make competitive advantage by the companies that are using MIS and becoming integrate to the decision making process.
